Initially slated for six workshops spanning 1.5 months, our discussions led us to streamline our approach to four sessions. We’ve honed in on fostering sustainable engagement with partners and prospective businesses as our primary goal.

The Agenda:

Our plan entails four workshops, each spanning 1.5 hours, complemented by tailored homework assignments following every session. The topics we’ll delve into include:

  2. Crafting and Delivering Value to Existing and Potential Clients
  3. Developing Ideal Customer Profiles (ICP) and Value Propositions, and Identifying Buyer Personas’ Needs
  4. Curating, Personalizing, and Executing Outreach and Prospecting Campaigns
